Sign 1: You Feel Constantly Busy but Unproductive

Have you ever felt like you’re working hard but not getting anywhere? When life feels like a never-ending to-do list, busyness can leave you drained and discouraged.

How God Can Help:
God invites you to rest in Him. Matthew 11:28 reminds us, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Trusting God’s plan and priorities will free you from the trap of endless striving.

Sign 2: You Struggle to Find Time for Prayer or Rest

When overwhelm takes over, prayer and rest are often the first things we neglect. Instead of seeking God’s presence, we may turn to distractions, which leave us feeling even emptier.

How God Can Help:
Psalm 23:2-3 says, “He makes me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul.” God is waiting for you to come to Him, even if it’s just for a few minutes each day. Start with 15 intentional minutes of prayer and scripture.
