God checked me on Day 5. I have worn many hats—prophet, consultant, leader, builder, teacher. But none of those define me. They are assignments. My identity? That was settled in heaven long before I was born.
Ephesians 1:4 (NLT) declared it clearly:
“Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes.”
You are chosen. You are seen. You are enough.
In a world that celebrates hustle, productivity, and results, God is calling us back to BEING before DOING. When you rest in who you are, your work becomes an overflow, not a burden. I took time today to reaffirm what heaven says about me, not what the world expects of me.
Declare this with me: I am not what I do. I am who He says I am.
