Anxiety is a thief, but peace is our promise. On Day 4, I declared war on worry. God reminded me that worry doesn’t serve us; it drains us. It keeps us distracted, discouraged, and distant from God’s promises.
Matthew 6:25-34 (NLT) poured over my spirit like a healing balm:
“That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life… Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?… Seek the Kingdom of God above all else… and He will give you everything you need.”
He already knows. He already sees. And He already has a plan. So today, I chose to cast—not carry—my cares. I chose to anchor in the truth that He cares for me.
Let me encourage you: You can rest when you know Who’s in control.
Your life is not an accident; you were created with a unique purpose. Trust God to reveal His plan, take steps of faith, and watch Him work through you. Simplify life with God and walk boldly into your calling.
