Why Purpose Matters

Purpose gives meaning to your life and helps you navigate challenges with hope and clarity. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

Living in purpose isn’t about perfection—it’s about walking in obedience to God’s calling.

Steps to Discovering God’s Purpose

Seek God First: Spend time in prayer and scripture to understand God’s heart. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Identify Your Gifts and Passions: God often reveals purpose through the talents and passions He’s given you. What are you naturally good at? What brings you joy?
Step Out in Faith: Purpose isn’t always revealed all at once. Trust God with the small steps, and He will guide you into bigger ones.

Overcoming Doubt

You might think, “What if I’m not good enough?” or “What if I fail?” Remember, God doesn’t call the equipped; He equips the called. Philippians 4:13 assures us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
